NHS Direct. The National Health Service runs a number of Websites. One of the most interesting and useful of these allows patients to obtain advice on common health problems. To go to this site click here. You will be given a range of options. If you want a diagnosis or to find out more about a condition click on "self-help" and choose either to look at those problems associated with different parts of the body from the body map shown or go for the alphabetical listing. You should, eventually, be shown the options available to you and what to do next. The site cannot cover all medical problems but it can, and often does, increase your knowledge and understanding and is, at least, interesting.

To go to saveoursurgeries click here. As briefly described, on Wolverley Surgery Home Page, there is a new Government initiative to persuade GP Surgeries to open to open more hours per week. If you go to this site you can find out what local GPs think about this idea and how they believe it would, in practice, alter patient care. The site also indicates how you can make your views known should you wish to do so
