IS THERE ANYTHING THAT COULD BE IMPROVED?
1. Would be nice to be able to see own Doctor in an emergency.

1. All round excellent service by all.
2. Overall very well pleased with all visits to the Doctors

6. Completely satisfied with Doctors & Pharmacy & reception
7. Nice quiet country practice. Good Doctors . Good Nurses and dispensary. Long may it remain here

IS THERE ANYTHING PARTICULARLY GOOD ABOUT YOUR HEALTHCARE?
1. Both the GP’s are well aware of my problems and Health Issues
2. He’s first class
3. As completed above
4. No
5. GP’s and Receptionists
6. None
7. Always excellent at fitting in appointments if either of the children need to see a Dr.
8. Both doctors build up good relationships with patients
9. Appointments always available on the same day.
10. Always have excellent care and service
11. I feel that the practice at the surgery is of a very high and caring standard
12. Doctor always fun.

IS THERE ANYTHING THAT COULD BE IMPROVED?

3. Could spend more time. Listen more and not judge.
4. Getting to the Dr you want to see within a few days
5. Hours of opening – would be helpful if increased

7. The amount of time I had to wait for my lost prescription was excessive (40 minutes) to then be told I could not use a debit card and therefore could not take my prescription.

IS THERE ANYTHING PARTICULARLY GOOD ABOUT YOUR HEALTHCARE?
1. Very pleased with consultations.
2. Its local
3. I like the fact that this is still a small friendly practice
4. Respectful. Prompt referral to specialists. Prompt referral to specialists for tests/investigations. Good diagnostic skills and appropriate treatment
5. Yes – they listen
6. Doctors are very caring
7. Dr Bolton is brilliant with my asthma problems and sees me when necessary. I can only praise her since the day she arrived at this practice.

9. A Doctor who listens to what I want.

12. Doctors and staff really friendly. Good toys to keep the children happy whilst waiting
